SILICON CARBIDE (SiC) MEMBRANE
The rugged, highly hydrophilic, high flux, low energy Silicon Carbide (SiC) ceramic membrane provides unmatched performance, fouling resistance and the longest membrane life in the market.
COST SAVINGS
Operation up to 2% - 4% solids, providing high recovery. The inert SiC membranes allow a wide variety of economical chemical cleaners and even high pressure spray washing for optimal membrane plant performance.
EASY ACCESS
Side loading membrane tanks simplify access for membrane inspection and provides a safer working environment for operators.
opsCTRL
opsCTRL provides you the power to operate your plant from anywhere, any cell phone or computer, and check data and performance of your plant at any time.

The FilterBoxx system includes media filtration, activated carbon, different micron filtrations systems, UV disinfection along with continuously circulating treated water loop with chlorine disinfection and storage. The system requires minimal power and water connections. Built within an ISO container, the unit was easy to ship to the far north with conventional shipping methods.

Each of the six wells exhibits different water quality and flow capacity. While the collected water will be combined into a common source tank, the water quality will still vary constantly as different wells will be used at different times and for different durations. The common groundwater contaminants include Iron, Manganese, Hardness, and elevated TDS. The FilterBoxx design addressed these issues while generating a final effluent that met all process water quality parameters for the plant and the regulatory guidelines for potable water. The 185 gpm Process Water Plant is a containerized RemoteBoxx plant and included chemical oxidation, media filtration, bisulfite addition, antiscalant, Nanofiltration, and final pH adjust. A separate 30 gpm skid based Potable Water Plant provided potable water for use within the office and administration facility.
